The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is near the city center and within walking distance to some major shopping malls. The room amenities are top-notch, with features like smart toilets and comfortable beds. The staff is always ready to help and the signature welcome drink is a nice touch. Guests can also enjoy amazing views and atmosphere at the loft bar on the 56th floor.
The gym and spa could be better equipped and the pool construction noise was quite disturbing.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming staff who catered to our every need. This hotel has exclusive amenities including a Spa & Wellness centre, sauna, and swimming pool with a sun terrace that offers a stunning view. the poolside snack bar was a great place to enjoy refreshing drinks and light meals.
The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of halal food options in the restaurant. the restaurant had a variety of other special diet menus available that were delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the bustling shopping district. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, offering early check-in and setting up an extra bed for my son without me even having to ask. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good and the room was spacious and elegant. The location was great, with several major shopping malls within walking distance and easy access to the city's skyline. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and provided plenty of choices. The staff's helpfulness and initiative, as well as the daily fruit in the room, added to the positive experience.

Here, we were able to fulfill all of our exclusive luxury needs. the Spa and wellness centre offered relaxing massages, while the outdoor swimming pool with a breathtaking view was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. the Spa lounge was a quiet oasis where we could sit back and relax. the Espresso machine was a perfect addition in the room, keeping us energized for our next adventure. the private facilities available in the room felt exclusive and truly pampered us. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding areas, making it easy to get around. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was with the restaurant- despite a range of cuisine options, we found the Halal food to be somewhat lacking in quality. Nevertheless, it did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.

We loved the clean and spacious rooms, impressive automated system, and great location. The staff were polite and helpful, and the massage was so good that I fell asleep. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the daily fruit in the room was a nice touch.
